Poing! is shareware. You may use it for two to four weeks free of charge. After that time you must either pay for it by registering, or delete it from your system. Please see the document “How to Register” for full instructions.

The program “Poing!”, the file “Poing! Levels”, and this document constitute the “Poing! package.” The Poing! package is copyright © 1993, 1994, 1997 by Semicolon Software, all rights reserved.

Pictures, program, and documentation are by Rick Holzgrafe. Some musical selections are by composer John Scott, and are included under license from MacSourcery. It is a violation of copyright to extract artwork or musical selections from the Poing! package, or to use them in any way except by playing Poing!.

You may freely copy and distribute the Poing! package, provided that you do not sell it, and provided that the package is distributed in its entirety and without changes.
